November 15, 2005 – Iqaluit: MLA’s Dinner and Reception

The Commissioner of Nunavut took the opportunity to welcome Members of the Legislative Assembly before they began their session of work in November.

MLAs and guests were invited to the Commissioner’s official residence for a sit-down dinner of home-made food. Two local cadets were on hand to volunteer and help out for the evening.

The Commissioner plans to host this evening annually as one of her traditional invitations to the politicians entrusted with make decisions for the people.
